Make sure your skin is completely dry. You can dry brush at any time of day, but we recommend brushing right before a shower.
Starting at your ankle, move your brush over your skin in long, circular motions that go in the direction of your heart.

THE BEST!!

I Finally gave in and bought myself some Kiki Kreme and toss in the dry brush. The Kiki Kreme is obviously amazing but the dry brush was a pleasant surprise. It’s not too soft and not too hard but gets the job done. I definitely noticed a difference when I use them together. Love it!

I know it says dry brush but I love to use this in the shower! It’s the perfect amount of hard and soft bristles. I pour my body wash on the brush and just scrub away. The results are amazing!
